Low Carb Food Journal – December 20
Today was an interesting day. I fell off the wagon a little yesterday with my low carb way of eating. It happens occasionally and I do not get worked up about it. I just start fresh the next day and move on.
I was really hungry this morning so I had a little bigger breakfast than usual. I have two slices of baked ham, 3 slices of nitrate free bacon and two sunny side up eggs. Drank a glass of water. Overall this was a very satisfying breakfast
I wasn't extremely hungry at lunch time so I ate a can of sardines in olive oil.
Dinner I was starving. The wife baked a turkey breast in the oven and I had a big helping of turkey, green beans with fried bacon and a bowl of salad with an olive oil based dressing
Exercise wise I walked on the treadmill for 20 minutes and did some barbell squats.
